Q: How do I reserve a babysitter/nanny?
A: Step 1 -Email me with all of the specifics;
Step 3- Once this is in place, I will write up a contract to be signed by you and mailed to me along with the deposit to hold services. I also request an Emergency Contact and Medical Information form to be completed. I need this at least one week prior to services. This is to give permission to EMS in the event they need to work on your child.
Q: What does the contract mean?
A: The contract will have dates and times in place and a payment schedule. It will also have a place for you to tell me all about your children.
Q: Do I get the deposit back?
A: No. I speak with most people through email who may just be getting quotes. When I get the deposit, I am holding a place for you in my schedule. This means that I have turned good people away, even if they are willing to pay more for the same time period. The deposit gives me partial protection for lost salary if you change your mind.This is my business and my reputation. A deposit is only partial payment. Obviously I want to do the job so I can get paid the rest! That motivation on my part is the best guarantee I can offer.
